Yes. We provide full visa guidance and document support for the student visitor / short-term study visa.

Included: Tuition, single en-suite accommodation, full board, all programmed excursions, airport transfers (as per package), certificate, 24/7 support and India counsellor.

Not included: International flights, UK visa fees, travel insurance, personal spending money and local SIM card. These can be arranged separately with our guidance.

If a visa is refused for reasons outside the student’s control, we offer a refund of the programme fee according to our published refund policy (minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred). Contact us for the current policy wording.

Full board is provided. Vegetarian and Jain options are available. Please notify us of any dietary requirements (including allergies) at the time of booking so the university kitchens can prepare accordingly.

Students may keep their own phones. In addition, the India counsellor is available by phone and WhatsApp for parent updates. We encourage a daily check-in routine.

All students must have travel insurance. Our staff are trained in first response. In any medical situation we contact parents immediately and escort the student to the appropriate medical facility. The India counsellor remains with the student throughout.
